Leicester Riders entertained their home fans as they made it two wins from two with a comfortable victory against Bristol Flyers.
Bristol led by three after 10 minutes, but back-to-back triples from Kiefer Douse as part of a 10-0 start to the second swung the momentum. Riders held their opponents to just 22 points over the next 20 minutes to take control.
The defending champions recovered from a slow start as the defence took over to set the platform for a 20-point success.
Pierre Hampton impressed particularly in the first half with 15 points, five rebounds and three assists in a key contribution from last season’s Play-Off Final MVP.
Riders – Hampton 17, Holder 17, Robertson 11
Flyers – Weary 13, Boggs 13, Davis 11
