Leicester Riders take the floor at Leicester Arena on Friday night with a chance to win the BBL title on their own court for the second time in two years and the first time back-to-back in the club’s history.
Leicester will take on the Plymouth Raiders at 7.35pm at Leicester Arena in search of victory to seal the BBL Championship title, and the clubs 10th piece of silverware in it’s 49 year history and the league title for the third time it’s history.
Plymouth will no doubt wish to upset the Riders and have proved this season that they are capable of taking victory over top teams in the league, defeating Newcastle in late November and routing Worcester Wolves in the first leg of the BBL Trophy semi-final by 28 points.
Despite some pour form in February and March the Raiders have recovered to have beaten Bristol and Cheshire at home to mean that can now compete for a spot in the playoffs at the end of the regular season.
Tickets are available for the game at bit.ly/ridersraiders14th.
