The Leicester Riders took on Plymouth Raiders in the second leg of the BBL Cup Semi-Final carrying a six point lead into the match up.
Plymouth started the game well, taking a 0-6 lead in the opening minutes to cancel the deficit however Riders quickly set about taking the lead back. Riders locked down on defensive and Drew Sullivan dunked the ball to draw the game level early in the second quarter.
Jay Couisnard proved too much for Plymouth to handle as he repeated got to the basket in the first half, pouring in 25 by the end of the first half and push the Riders lead to ten on the night, 56-46 (151-135).
Drew Sullivan dropped in two layups to begin the second half and push the Riders lead to 14 on the night early in the third period. Pressy looked to push the ball for the visitors allowing him to pick out teammates for easy scores however on the other end Plymouth continued to foul on defensive and the Riders pushed the lead to 19 by the end of the period, 80-61.
