“This game was important as it was our first game back after the Christmas break and would set the tone for the second half of the season. We managed to break their zone defence by sharing the ball and shooting well in the first half. After a slow start in the 3rd quarter, we managed to bring back our energy to the game by getting stops and scoring at the other end! Overall it was a great performance.” – Lucy Rogan
“Really happy with girls today. Good overall performance, we had a dip in the second half but overall pleased with our performance. Thought we did a better job sharing the ball and played good defence in the first half. Good base to build on moving into the second half of the season.” – Coach Krumesh
Riders will be back in action next Saturday away at Bristol.
