This was our first away game in 2017 and we knew it was not going to be an easy one. This was definitely reflected in the first half of the game, where we had a 5-point deficit at the half. The team stuck together throughout, getting some big stops and scores, which enabled us to go into overtime and redeem ourselves. Today was a true testimony of what our team is all about and the character it possesses. Regardless of the score on the board, we remained united and brought home the win!” – Ebony Horton

We got off to a slow start and struggled all game with our shot. We managed to hold on all game then made some timely shots that gave us momentum going into overtime. We then got into a rhythm and eventually started playing like we know we can!” – Imogen Cook

Was a slow start for us on the road, defensively we allowed too many points in the first 3 quarters. Bristol hit some tough looks and it took us the whole game to find a solution. The girls stuck in the belief of the squad and kept making adjustments, we finally found what worked and this helped us through in an overtime finish.” – Coach Krumesh

Riders will be back in action against Exeter Eagles at home on Sunday 29th January.
