Design the Bus with Premier Logistics

Premier Logistics have teamed up with the Leicester Riders in support of the Riders Academy teams based at Charnwood College this season.

The Charnwood College Riders, EABL and WEABL National Champions this season, will be travelling in style thanks to the support of Premier Logistics and local school children in the Leicestershire area through an exciting design competition. Local schools can win 50 tickets for the school to the Leicester Riders Playoff Quarter-Final be designing the bus for the next generation of Riders players based at Charnwood College.

Premier Logistics Managing Director, Lee Christopher, who has been supporting the Riders and the next generation for a number of years was pleased to be involved in a project to inspire youth in the area to be creative.

“It is a pleasure to watch the Academy help such gifted sports people achieve so much, parallel to this Premier recognise the importance of investing in the future of young people.

“It is imperative today more than ever that young people have positive role models to look up to and there are no taller role models to look up to than the Riders.

“Premier prides itself on being a proactive and dynamic company and focusing on the future, and hope that by involving local schools in our design competition we would evoke a community wide feeling of participation and highlight the importance of activity and sport for young people.

“The evolution of the Riders mirrors Premier Logistics in many ways from humble beginnings 15 years ago we have worked hard with a continued commitment and determination to grow into company that we are today.”

The competition is now open, with entrances being accepted by email via info@leicesterriders.co.uk.
