“It is a great honour to be selected for the initial Gb U20’s squad. I’m looking forward to the camp and competing against the UK’s other top players.” – Morgan Carter
“I was really excited to be selected for GB U20’s. After having played with the England National Team for three years I am excited to get back in to camp with some familiar faces and compete with some of the best talent in the UK as well as learn from the coaching staff.” – Henri Langton
‘Being selected for GB U20 for the second year is a great honour. A lot of my motivation comes from wanting to play for the National Teams. As a returning player I look to help lead the team and make sure everyone is on the same page alongside the other returners; Sam (Idowu), Josh (Steel) and Kyle (Carey). Our goal is promotion back to Division A.” – Andre Arissol.
The three players will go in to training camp at The University of Essex on June 24th hoping to earn selection for the final 12-man squad that will travel to Oradea, Romania for the U20 European Championships Division B from the 14th-23rd of July.
Great Britain have been drawn in Group B with Slovak Republic, Russia, Netherland and Azerbaijan.
